We start the booking process by screening guests to ensure they meet your guest requirements. Your property is cleaned using advanced cleaning practices ahead of each guests stay.
Our local knowledgeable host handles all guest communications from the moment they make their booking until the day they check out.
Guest has forgotten how to work the oven or locked themselves out?
No problem. Your host will assist them throughout their stay. Our hands on approach helps to create that 5 star customer experience and gives you peace of mind that your property is being looked after throughout.
Housekeeping & maintenance
Our local housekeeping team is trained to deliver a 5-star cleaning service and only use high quality white linen & fluffy towels. Welcome packs and toiletries are left for every guest checking in to your home. Toilet roll and kitchen essentials are also replenished on each visit.
Please note that cleaning fees are passed onto the guest in stay.
We pride ourselves in only using environmentally friendly and sustainable products and toilet paper in our properties.
On each visit, the property is checked to make sure everything is in order. We use a monitoring technology for every cleaning job and include quarterly inspections with 200 check-points as part of our maintenance service.
We use local trades people to tend to any onsite issues to resolve them quickly & efficiently.
